SHIPPING AND DELIVERY GUARANTEE
Is it really safe for the puppy? I receive many requests to send a puppy who often wonder if it is safe and how it works. Will he / she not be afraid? How long does it take? Will not the puppy be alone in a box for so long?
This is how I tell individuals about the shipping/delivery process to make them feel safer when transporting a puppy:
To transport a puppy alone to a new place always sounds cruel and embarrassing, but actually I find it harder for us than the puppy. Through my many years of transport experience, I know that all puppies are in good hands. So, if you pause and think about it, the delivery company will not mistreat the puppy for fear of litigation and customer dissatisfaction. I glue puppy food and feeding instructions to the top of the box and put frozen water in the box so that it gradually thaws for the puppy and feeds the puppy while driving.
The average flight takes about 5 to 6 hours. I always ask for delays or stopovers and know the exact times and departures of flights so I know where the puppy is and will be able to give you the information as well.
The puppy will arrive on the same day as it is usually sent for a few hours. I have a big, fluffy bed with torn newspapers in the box where the puppy can nestle, and usually I chew a pig’s ear (they love her) and a toy or sock with my scent to make the puppy feel safe.
We consider shipping and home delivery as an option and make transportation arrangements. This is because we mostly find suitable homes for our puppies, but they may not be within driving distance. I can imagine what question you are asking: “Fly a puppy”! Is it safe? This question is often asked. We certainly would not consider it if it was not good or harmed the puppy.
I personally posed this question to the delivery company man on my first attempt to transport a puppy a few years ago. This was his answer to the question “If we book a flight for a puppy, this is only possible with safe and licensed airlines.” The puppy has the same air as the pilot who flies the plane, and someone will be on board and outside Aircraft for him until the delivery is completed.
When booking a flight for our pets, we always call in advance and find the most direct flight available (as if you were looking for a flight for yourself). Our puppies have always arrived safely and happily in their new home, so did I. I said, “It’s better and more convenient to fly a puppy on a 2-6 hour flight than to ride that puppy for 4 hours or more. ” And I believe so much because I know that they are professionals and bring the puppy safely to the world. We transport puppies worldwide.
Thank you and we look forward to establishing a warm relationship with you and your new puppy. Each of our puppies will always be part of our extended family.
OUR SHIPPING GUARANTEE FOR CUSTOMERS?
We are proud that our relationship with you does not end when you take a puppy home with us. As a conscientious breeder, experienced puppy consultant and die-hard puppy lover, we want to believe that nothing can go wrong with our puppies. But certain things are never under our control. The health of a puppy depends on many factors, such as genetics, exercise, nutrition and general care. If something goes wrong, we will always seek help, even if our warranty does not cover it. While we can not guarantee that your puppy will never have a health problem, we will do our best to make sure that your new family member is healthy!
This service can be booked to allow the puppy to be delivered to any location. Upon request, we will deliver the puppy personally to your home.
We do not believe that your puppy is interchangeable, but we believe that the pain can sometimes be relieved in the company of another furry friend. In the unlikely event of a puppy’s genetic death within two years after birth, or if the puppy has congenital or inherited disorders (within two years) that are detrimental to your puppy’s health, we will replace the pet with another of equal value free for you. The cause of death should be certified by a licensed veterinarian.
